  • We ship through India Post if other couriers don’t service your customer’s pin code.
  • Standard India Post shipping rate: ₹63.7 for 0.5 Kg.
  • For certain northeast pin codes, charges may be up to ₹127.4
  • In those cases, we deduct the additional shipping cost from your credits.
  • India Post Shipping TransactionsIndia Post delivery timeline varies from 3- 15 working days. India Post courier does not provide end-to-end tracking details.You cannot claim for lost/undelivered/POD for India Post orders.
  • After the shipping label is generated, you can track your order from the dashboard. 
  • Undelivered shipments refer to orders that couldn’t be delivered to the customer due to incorrect address, absence of the customer, or other delivery issues. These shipments are typically returned to the sender.
